Hi @rhbmcse. Can you please show me just the N1SDT form with the particulars of claim. You only need to redact your personal details and the claim number. Please leave everything else visible.
I will give you the text to put in for the defence once I have seen the claim details.
Also, can you confirm that the claim has been submitted through DSB Legal as UKPCs representative. I wouldn't worry about the amount of the claim. The fake £70 added is not allowed and will be pointed out in the defence.
All the other forms etc. that came with the claim from HMCTS (not HMRC, I hope) can be disregarded. All I need sight of is the actual claim itself. You will defend it through MCOL and You will be able to copy and paste the defence into there.
There will be no CCJ, even if, in the very unlikely case that you were to be unsuccessful, as long as the judgment amount is paid within 30 days, it is removed from the record.
UKPC are easy to beat and, if they are using DCB Legal, I can guarantee with greater than 99% certainty, that the claim will eventually be discontinued as long as it is defended and you follow the advice you receive here.

Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. - Mark Twain
