So finally, I received my Letter of Claim.
Everything happened exactly as described.  First of all letter from ZZPS and then GCTT.

Next steps offered are either pay (not likely) or visit dcblegal.co.uk/response and exactly as stated - within 30 days...it's almost as if we've been here before

@b789 - You said to come back when I received this.
