When you reply to a post, please use the black "New reply" button rather than the small "reply" button. This prevents the whole of the previous post being repeated.
Can you please explain in a bit more detail what you mean by the comment that you cannot submit the whole of the appeal. If you are trying to use their webform, is there a character count limit? If so, you can simply put your appeal into a document that you can save as a PDF and submit the PDF file as your appeal and just put in the webform, "See attached PDF appeal".
