But no, you didn't advise me to pay their fee. I think you left ftla by then, so I made that call on my todd.
To be clear, not blaming you for the loss. The final decision was mine, and these fightback forums have saved me a lot more than a mere £120, so it's neither here nor there. Just saying that in light of that adverse decision, you might want to adjust the advice you give to others about these applications.
Apart from which, it also gives DCBL an excuse to laugh up their sleeve coz they got away with it this time.
