In the event that I were to log in to appeal this, and find that there were photographs online showing the front of the vehicle, and that those photographs showed that no blue badge was displayed at the time, despite the driver being genuinely disabled and holding a valid one... (Rolleyes)

Would your appeal advice remain the same or no?
