thanks @b789 I also noted the BWLEGAL's costs have increased over time from a letter of claim of £510, to the hearing of 29th April 2026 of £650, to £709 for this hearing without any breakdown and have asked them for this.
What is the outcome if I win my defence? I don't think I ticked the MCOL box which says I will counterclaim so is that lost...? I am taking time off work for these hearings and it is a bit of faff administering. Could I counterclaim or could judge award costs against BWLEGAL
