Hi, my appeal was rejected:
All vehicles must hold a valid NPC e-permit
Having noted your comments, and checking the evidence gathered when issuing the Parking Charge, we are satisfied that the Parking Charge has been issued correctly and your appeal is rejected:
You were not in posession of a valid E-Permit, which is required to park.
The Photographic evidence of your vehicle supports the above statement.
In order for a vehicle to have parked correctly a valid NPC e-permit must be registered prior to parking, at the time of the contravention a valid NPC e-permit had not been registered, therefore you have breached
the parking restrictions within this area and were subsequently issued with a parking charge notice.
In order for a vehicle to have parked correctly a valid NPC E-permit must be applied for and, the photographic evidence attached to this parking charge notice clearly shows at the time of the contravention you have breached the parking restrictions within this area and were subsequently issued with a parking charge notice
Please be advised that it is the motorist's responsibility to ensure they register for their full duration of stay, as
stated by our signage.
In addition to this, you did not register until 4 hours after the time of the contravention.
If you believe this decision is incorrect, you are entitled to appeal to the Independent Appeals Service (IAS). In
order to appeal, you will need your Parking Charge number and your vehicle registration. Appeals must be
submitted to the IAS within 28 days of the date of this letter. Please visit www.theias.org for full details.
I missed my time to appeal as I hadn’t seen the email.
Now I have letters from DCBL trying to recover £170. What do I do
