I note that the POPLA appeal was successful for the Nexus Moto Kendal case. 
I have received the evidence from CP Plus in relation to my appeal.
The first thing I noticed (page 1 of 68) in the Evidence Checklist is that the hand written Vehicle Registration Mark has transposed the 2 digits. So, instead of XX26XXX, they have written XX62XXX. So far as I have been able to see, the registration is correct in the rest of the evidence pack.

This might be totally irrelevant, but I note that the witness statement from the landowner, Roadchef (final page) has today's date. I am sceptical that Nexus get a new statement from Roadchef on every appeal. This "stinks" as though Nexus have created the Witness Statement themselves. Or am I misreading it?
