Landlord contacted me by phone today, saying that I need to follow up directly with Countrywide to resolve this matter.
I told them that my appeal has already been submitted to Countrywide. I also told the landlord that they should not be issuing PCNs to long-standing residents, especially when a valid permit was clearly displayed.
