Hello, thank you for that advice, it looks like a more positive outcome even though I really wanted to resolve this then.
I received the detailed particulars of claim which is here. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-9mvKPH...p=drivesdk
After looking at it and reviewing my filing on Google drive it turns out I did receive this back in July 2025. During the hearing the judge had asked me if I had and I told him no, which I thought was the case, anyway it's still stands that the correct court did not receive it. So to be honest my defense was based on the correct particulars of claim and the case could have continued. It seemed that the judge hadn't seen the particulars of claim.
The judge didn't really explain what would happen I'm assuming I have to wait for the court order in post for the rescheduled hearing?
I don't really remember everything that happened with s*** show with it being my first time. But what was memorable was prior to hearing, the claimants lawyer approaching me saying there's no hard feelings in this process and that the claiment was still offering me the option to settle the case and not carry on. This was about 30 minutes before the case started. It was also a bit ironic in that she told me she hates getting PCNs and that she needs to pay for her parking it was all a bit weird to be honest. Like she was really trying to build rapport with me.
