The most critical one will be the deadline for the claimant to p[ay the £27 trial fee. It is just before this that they will discontinue.
I got an email from my local county court (LCC):
Quote:Dear X,
The file has been transferred to LCC for allocation.
A copy of the defence does not appear to be on Court file. For the Judge to consider the file could a copy of your defence be sent to LCC within the next 7 days.
The court awaits your response.

Is this the same defence that was sent to DCBL?
