I have received a letter from HM Courts & Tribunals Service dated 7th April 2026 acknowledging receipt of my defence. A copy is being served on the claimant and that they may try to directly contact me to resolve.

Further, I happened to be at Bewl Water the other day and note that there are no signs upon entering or at the car park which are clear at all to private land parking times.

This is what is visible. These guys are an utter joke.
