In order to avoid confusion, I need to be able to identify each claim individually. Can you please refer to each claim as either “Claim #1” or “Claim #2”.
Just to confirm, so far, you have defended “Claim #1”, which is the claim dated 27 January 2026. As that has now been allocated to your local county court and you have a hearing date, you must have already completed the N180 for that case.
What you have now shown, is another Notice of Proposed Allocation which would have included another N180 for what I assume is “Claim #2”. If that is the case, you must have already submitted a defence for that claim.
This is what is confusing me where you say:
