Below is a summary of your case as it appeared on the other forum. Please correct me if I have misstated anything:

The case concerns a GXS Services Parking Charge Notice described as “Unauthorised Vehicle”. The notice is dated 2 January 2026 and relates to an alleged contravention on 29 December 2025 at 11:33 at “Arlington Seaside, Southampton, SO14 1NB”. The thread began on 12 January 2026 after receipt of the notice on 11 January 2026.

The central factual issue throughout the case is that the operator’s evidence is said to show the wrong vehicle. The history consistently states that the wider images show a white Nissan, while the keeper’s vehicle is a BMW 1 Series, and that the only image said to relate to the keeper’s vehicle is an isolated close-up of the number plate with no visible date or time stamp and no contextual image showing the BMW parked in any private bay. The user’s account is that the vehicle was parked lawfully nearby in a council pay-and-display place and may only have been captured while reversing or manoeuvring.

An initial appeal was submitted on 14 January 2026.
