@adegaw, the dates that you are required to be aware of are the hearing date of 4th September, the deadline for submitting your Witness Statement (WS) 21st August and the claimants deadline to pay the £59 Trial fee, 7th August.
In all likelihood, they will discontinue just before 7th August. However, be aware, there is a remote chance they may pay the Trial fee and go for the hearing as this is for more than a single PCN.
Nothing much else is going to happen between now then. If by 7th August you have not heard anything, then check with the court whether the Trial fee has been paid. If it has, you will wait until you see their WS. Expect to hear from DCB Legal at some point, especially near the Trail fee deadline as they will usually try and make contact, either by phone, text, email or letter to offer a settlement.
My advice is always to ignore them. If they are prepared to offer a settlement, they usually discontinue when it is refused.
Should you move before then, you must update DCB Legal and the court with your new address.

Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. - Mark Twain
