Hi,
I have an update on this case.
After re-examining the parking app that I paid for the parking on originally it appears that I paid for parking for the wrong car. I dont know why I didnt see this originally.
I'm wondering how this affects the case?
I still received no original notice, no LoC and no official notice that the county court case was taking place- only letters from the bailiff/legal team.
I understand that this might however change my position. Apologies for getting this wrong on my initial submission.
I have no problem with paying the original fine but because I didnt receive the paperwork stated above I couldn't challenge the charge or the county court case which has resulted in a county court judgement against me which could affect my mortgage renewal and credit score.
How likely is it that the set aside will still happen and what action if any should i take from here?
