@Vivd23, welcome to the forum. So I can get up to speed with the case, can you please confirm the date of the LoC from Moorside. Can you also show the original LoC they sent.

It would assist if you could fill out the PCN details form here and paste the summary it gives so I have a better record of the PCN that started all this:
