Hello b789,
CNBC reply to email requesting relevant documents was disappointing, as they claim not to have any documentation. Not sure how that could be as they must surely have some starting point...? Their response is transcribed below:
Thank you for your request for a copy of documentation on the court file. I see from our records that you've already received claim details in your calls to our helpdesk.
This claim is an online claim so the court doesn't hold a physical claim form.
For a copy of a judgment or any other document there is a fee payable. Please refer to the EX50 guide for the fee amount: https://www.gov.uk/government/publicatio...-fees-ex50
You can pay this by sending a cheque or postal order, payable to HMCTS, or by card by calling our helpdesk between 9:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
For any further information regarding the claim please contact the claimant on 0330 555 4444 or email enforcement@parkingeye.co.uk
I hope this is useful.
With kind regards
Louise Cuzner

b789,
Forgot in above to say that there has been no response from PE to confirm their records have been amended to show current address.
Monday, 26th Oct. is the deadline for them to respond with agreement to set aside the judgment.
I'm still puzzled as to why CNBC has "no documents" as they have to keep abreast of the process - unless it's a means to charge?
* Obtained copy of TR1 form from Solicitors which shows date of transfer of ownership.
