See link to the final order. I recieved about 3 separate copies of this same order for unknown reasons...admin error I would assume.
The judge said that because those two pcns where not within the enforcement boundary and parked not on roadways or Access roads, as defined by parking signage, they would be dismissed.
The car was parked in the same place as the two dismissed PCNs. I would also just comment that there are other cars that park in this area for everyday of the past four years of me living here.
Unfortunately I will be on annual leave out of the country when BW legal send an update PoC so hopefully they will send it via email.
