If they've not responded by Monday 26th, we can make the application for a contested set aside then.
We are NOT interested on what date the "DRIVER" did anything. We are ONLY interested in the Keeper as that is who has received the CJJ. ParkingEye have no idea who the driver was and the Keeper is under no legal obligation to identify the driver to an unregulated private parking firm. Whether the Keeper and the driver are the same person is irrelevant and should not be disclosed.
