Email to PE went out on Wednesday night, so they should have received it on Thursday AM. I gather from your timeline, seven day limit would be Monday, 26th October. (I'm guessing that Thursday is not counted?)
Driver sold property, and date of completion was 10/04/26. New owner took over thereafter.
I suppose it's good to have many different documents to prove non-occupation from that date - so will report on what is available as evidence.
