@JoeBloggs90, I want to confirm that this is the (not so) Smart Parking cases at Collingham House, London and not the Bewl Water case.
If so, the two claims now need to be kept completely separate so that facts, documents, deadlines and advice do not get mixed up. Please keep this thread solely for the (not so) Smart Parking/Collingham House claim.
For the Bewl Water/First Parking case, please make sure you use the separate thread and post the latest position with that one there. That will make it much easier to keep the procedural history and advice accurate for each case.
Regarding the Notice of Transfer, nothing unusual here. This is simply the transfer of claim N2KF1F89 to Lewes County Court following the failed mediation. A procedural judge will now deal with allocation and issue directions.
There is nothing you need to submit at this stage. The next important document will be the Notice of Allocation, which should set out the track and the deadlines for your Witness Statement and evidence.
I have now checked the claim form again. This is a single claim covering TWO Smart Parking charges, both relating to Collingham House, London, dated 08/01/2023 and 23/04/2023. So there is no separate second Smart Parking claim. In any event, as this is being pursued by DCB Legal, and based their MO with defended private parking claims, I remain more than 99% confident that they will discontinue before this ever reaches a hearing, most likely before the deadline for payment of the hearing fee specified in the Notice of Allocation. We are still some way from that stage.
For now, keep this Notice of Transfer and post the Notice of Allocation here when it arrives.
