I will appeal using the quote you gave me and will get back to you. Thank you again & i can’t find a clear image of the signage that says no parking, however there were only bays for, blue badge holders & electric vehicles only.

The link above shows a screenshot of the sign, however it is extremely hard/impossible to read. 
I will get back once UKPC reply to the appeal.
