@cringepcnskekw, I need to see a clear photo of the back of the Notice to Keeper (NtK) before advising what to do next. Please redact only your name, address, VRM and PCN/reference number. I do not need to see any reminders. Please make sure you show me the back of the original NtK, NIT the reminder.
The wording on the reverse is important because it will show whether ParkingEye is attempting to rely on Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (PoFA) to transfer liability from the unknown driver to the registered keeper.
From the front alone, the alleged event was 18/09/2026 and the NtK was issued 21/09/2026, so there is no obvious late-service argument. However, that does not establish PoFA compliance; the mandatory wording on the reverse also has to be checked.
Don't identify the driver and don't contact ParkingEye yet. Let's see the reverse first and then decide how this one should be handled.

Never argue with stupid people. They will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience. - Mark Twain
