B789 - as a follow up, I have just conducted an extremely brief meditation called and offered a grand sum of £0.00 for the two "contraventions" which mediator says they are claiming north of £500 for.
I have mentioned I will not be open to any counter offers and not pay 1 single penny towards the claims which I defined as "bogus". I mention that I am willing to go to Court to defend the case.
He will make that position clear, although mentioned he will call back as they will likely make an offer which he needs to pass on either way, to which I will reject.
Following this call - I am unclear on what next steps would be.
