Yes, it's DCB Legal. If you've heard nothing by 18th September, I suggest you call the court and check whether the £27 trial fee has been paid. In theory, you should receive an N279 Notice of Discontinuance before then. If you haven't, and the trial fee hasn't been paid, the claim is struck out.
