Yes, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. I have submitted numerous complaints to the CMA about not just individual private parking firms but also their Trade Associations, the BPA and the IPC and their supposedly 'independent' appeals services, POPLA and the IAS.
Unfortunately, until they release any more info, we have to wait and see if whether the CMA actually takes any action agains these rogue firms.
