B789 - hope you are well.

Mediator called at 11:02am. I used your first statement to deny liability in full quoting you verbatim and that if it needs to go to court that is fine.

Mediator suggested additional charges could be owed in the form of interest and issued by a judge and that I should be aware of that. I said I am aware.

I mentioned the claim is bogus and that I have submitted all evidence that supports denying the claim in full.

Our conversation was probably one minute long.

She then called again at 11:33am to counter with £180. I laughed it off and said zero.

The meditation has now ended.

What are my next Steps?

You now wait for the Notice of Allocation to your local county court. When you receive it (by post), show it as it will have the deadlines form the hearing, and most importantly, for the claimant to pay the £27 trial fee.
