Hi @badrav. Unfortunately, I don’t deal with Penalty Notice fines issued by councils or local authorities. It’s not my area of expertise, at least for now.
Private parking firm issued charges are basically civil contract law.
I can only suggest you try the relevant forum over on FTLA.
