Let’s wait for the response. You are likely to get the operators evidence pack and then you will have 7 days to respond.

Even if POPLA is not successful, it is not binding on the Keeper. You don’t pay it.

I've donated a wee bit to your site, and still owe you one for your massive help over on the other forum (the UKPC/QDR saga). I am still awaiting my court costs for that, there was a 19 week backlog apparently, which comes to an end at the start of April. Will send you a little thank you then too, whether they award them or not. 

My daughter's mum sends her heartfelt thanks too, they have a knack of stinging you with these poxy charges right when you need it least.

These unregulated private parking firms are parasites most of the time. Please remember to tell everyone about the forum.
